300lb+ Fast walkers/joggers HELP

Hi,
I find that when I walk fast/jog on the treadmill I get super stiff in my legs.....
I take prenatals (not preggo) fish pill daily.

Any advice?

I am training for my 2nd 5k this year and am dreading training especially because I train on my lunch hour here at work.

    I'm no expert but I've done a few 5ks and a few triathlons...and my advice would be to make sure you are stretching enough. Aside from that, make sure you are drinking enough water...which is CRUCIAL to the functioning and recovery of our muscles.

    Stretching after your run/walk is crucial. You won't feel so sore the next day nor nearly as stiff. I also get cramps in my calves really bad, so to avoid that, I also drink about half of Gatorade G2 mixed with water. I find it helps significantly.
