I just mean as in "inhabitant of a time zone"! I'm on the east coast of Australia, which is 11+ GMT so so far, I'm always logging in lucky, lonely first!0 -
What time zone are you in? I'm in central Europe, also one of the earliest ones to post!
I'm east coast of Australia, daylight savings at the moment, so +11 GMT. So I guess practically the only people ahead of us are New Zealanders and Pacific Islanders! Oh and some in Asia/Siberia, I suppose.0 -

Pre-logging really helped with the Super Bowl party yesterday, that and offering to make some of the food. I weighed less this morning than I did yesterday morning...............haven't recorded it yet in case it's one of those elusive losses. I also worked hard at the gym yesterday and today, so that helped as well.0 -

I am very proud of myself today, because I have managed to do all 3, eventhough I was travelling all day, by plane, with transfers ! It`s pretty tought to find fresh low-calorie food in an airport ! For breakfast, I picked up a 100 calorie yogourt. At lunch, I bought a chicken salad (no dressing), ate a banana. For diner, I had a beef patty (it was actually a burger but I did not eat the bread) and mushrooms. Phey ! I made it. And at the hotel, I changed and went for a walk-run.
this challenge is really making me think and work !0
