Any successful hunts this hunting season? I harvested my first bear! He was a little guy. Definitely not a cub. The meat is going to be great.

How about everyone else. I d love to hear your stories!

    Got my 1st whitetail since 2003. Only had a doe tag.. it still made up for the lost time.

    Pronghorn and Mule deer. Went elk twice and came home empty ☺ Still doing goose here.

    I took a decent white tail buck during rifle season. My son did as well within 15 min of me. It was a good day. We have a lot of great venison meat this year!

    Check out two pics in profile. Archery elk in Montana in late September 2013. Scored 359 for Pope & Young. DIY hunt on MT public dirt competing with all the other crazies out there. My taxidermist is showing him in the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation show here in Portland in March 2014 (which means I get him back early). I am a newbie on here so let me know if can't see them. I live to hunt!

    Wow!!! That is absolutely incredible!! Congrats!!!!!! I got a black bear this year...only hunt I was able to get out on!
