Today was hard. Not only did I have to get up at 4 in the morning to take my son and his girlfriend to the airport for an early flight, which left me tired and sluggish all day, but my TOM started...which normally would have meant comfort eating and letting my good intentions slip. Also I tend to give myself a day off exercise on the first day of my period. BUT...thanks to being a part of this challenge, I really persisted and would not let myself off the hook because I did not want to blow it here! So thanks very much for the accountability - today it really worked wonders for me!

Yes and No - yesterday was a fast day and I did go a little over my 500 for the day but was well and truly under my normal day's calorie allowance - depends on how technical you want to be - but in my mind it's a yes as anything close to 500 is fine.*

*Note I don't eat 500 everyday - just 2 days a week - other days are around 1800 - so am in no way advocating any form of starvation diet.0 -

Lets go back to that first question: Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Oh yeh mama. It hit 6pm, and I roughly calculated that I was 1500 calories over my allowance. I then cycled 4 miles to the gym, annihalated myself for 2 hours, cycled back to work, and was left with a deficit of just under 600. I planned to jog up some flights of stairs at work for an hour, but then I got called to A&E (doctor), so only just left.
So, I leave it to you guys... Can I trim 200 calories off the next 3 days and stay in the competition? I feel it will decrease my motivation if I stop doing the UAC.0 -
