Today was hard. Not only did I have to get up at 4 in the morning to take my son and his girlfriend to the airport for an early flight, which left me tired and sluggish all day, but my TOM started...which normally would have meant comfort eating and letting my good intentions slip. Also I tend to give myself a day off exercise on the first day of my period. BUT...thanks to being a part of this challenge, I really persisted and would not let myself off the hook because I did not want to blow it here! So thanks very much for the accountability - today it really worked wonders for me!

Another tough day, poor food choices, but I ate within my calories, logged everything and got my exercise in, thanks to you group of wonderful people!
