I've only lost 1lb in the past 3 weeks but apparently people can tell that I've lost weight. Strange... My clothing doesn't lie though, I'm down one dress size!!0 -

Sadly, I was at 157 on Saturday, but was not as good as I should have been at the Superbowl Party!

I seem to have lost 1 lb. To reach my goal by the end of the 4th week I need to lose 2 more lbs. This challenge has been good for me. It has motivated me to exercise and has kept me from eating something sweet before going to bed which were my challenges for the 4 weeks.0

Frustrated because I am recording and working out. I stayed of the scale until today so had thought I would see a difference. Weekends are a plan killer for me, so my goal this week is to really plan out my food choices and stick to it.
Also, I use the fitbit force to measure activity and think I need to be more cautious of their calorie recommendations as they may be to high for me.0 -

I have stayed on track with diet and exercise this week. I have not done the mini challenges though. I need to make time for that. I have lost weight this week! I guess I'm late for the weigh in.... didn't notice that.

I have been trying the Intermittent fasting and it works really well. Eat from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Fast from 6 pm to 10 am I exercise before eating in the morning. I am eating between 1100-1400 calories per day.0 -
