Not totally happy today, I weighed in last week at 169.9, I believe and I am down from that which I should be happy about but I made the mistake of weighing in to MFP after I had the flu and I have increased from that. I am glad I am now healthy though.
Last Wednesday weigh in: 169.9
Today's weigh in: 168.8
Change of -1.1

Last week's weight was 146. This morning it is 145.3.0

1.2 pounds gone this week. YAY! I aim for 1 pound a week, so anything over that is a big fat bonus! :-)0

Im a couuple of days late sorry. But today in 3 down. 17lb off in total. Takes me under 17 stone. I was only 17 something for 32days. For this next week. I would like to drop another 1.5lb. Im 3lb off my 1st target and would like to get there in the next two weeks. Then i will have wound the clock back a year.0
