Got the surgery scheduled...

Just got my call back from Kaiser here in SoCal -
Pre-Op appointment is 2/18
Surgery is 2/24.
After my initial consult with the surgeon yesterday, his recommendation is the full RnY, mostly because I am starting to show signs of acid reflux.
A bit about me - my wife had the surgery 3 years ago, lost 160 from 265, but has put some of it back on because she is pregnant right now (baby due March 8th). Yes, we planned it this way so I am home for the first few weeks of the baby being home.
I am currently trying to lose 20 lbs by the 24th per surgeon recommendation, so on basically protein shakes and water/tea. Plus increasing the walking.
Looking forward to this, and I'll keep everyone posted!

I'm also going through Kaiser here in So. Cal. I have 4 weeks left in the Options class!

I went through the Options class @ the Hollywood location. I am having my surgery in the West LA/Cadillac Street location. I am looking forward to it! Keep on the weight loss, my surgeon wants me to drop 20 pounds before surgery, as I didn't lose much during the class.
