Hi ! February 3rd Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I am very proud of myself today, because I have managed to do all 3, eventhough I was travelling all day, by plane, with transfers ! It`s pretty tought to find fresh low-calorie food in an airport ! For breakfast, I picked up a 100 calorie yogourt. At lunch, I bought a chicken salad (no dressing), ate a banana. For diner, I had a beef patty (it was actually a burger but I did not eat the bread) and mushrooms. Phey ! I made it. And at the hotel, I changed and went for a walk-run. this challenge is really making me think and work !
February 3rd Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? yes Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? no Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? no I am out already. Better luck next month. I ended up going over my budget yesterday eating some extra snacks. They were healthy but still went over.
