CW: 149 (stuck at 149 :P grrr)

I also want to remind everyone to post any tips that will help the rest of of with our weight loss. I apologize that I can't post very often as I'm extremely busy :P

    My tips (to myself mainly):
    1. Log Accurately and Completely
    2. Try to be conservative in calorie burn estimates
    3. Don't eat back all of your exercise calories until you know that you can
    4. Continually monitor progress and adjust either side of the equation (calories in/calories out) as needed to make progress in a *reasonable* time frame.

    2/6 goal weight: 231
    Actual weight: 236
    But I did lose 2 lbs. from last week
    (I was not actually going for all 7 lbs in one week, but my goals got off-track a few weeks back, so I'm trying to end where I originally intended: 222. Six weeks and 14 lbs...it may be possible.) :smile:

    W3: 216.6 (This is water weight from eating out and holidays - I expect this all to resolve quickly with eating normally.)

    Yay, week 7 must have been some water weight. Doing good so far!
