5 Jumping Jacks – “We Built the Pyramids”
5 Crunches – Sheldon says something grossly inappropriate
2 Burpees – Jewish joke
5 Jumping Jacks – Raj stops talking when a woman appears
(or) per whisper when he can’t talk
5 Leg Lifts – The gang gets take-out food
5 Lunges – Penny says “Sweetie”
5 High Knees – Bernadette says “Howie”
10 Second Plank – Leonard gets put down
5 Heel Touches – Something goes over Penny’s head
5 Squats – Wolowitz says a pickup line
2 Jump Squats – Anyone references Wolowitz not having a doctorate
(or) Anyone treats Wolowitz like an idiot for not having a doctorate
2 Push Ups – The Roommate Rules
5 Calf Raises – Sheldon has a facial tick
5 Wood Choppers – “Bazinga!”
5 Cross Jacks – Sheldon misunderstands sarcasm
5 Tricep Dips – Bernadette gets mad or sounds like Howard’s mother
5 Second Wall Sit – The check engine light
5 Second Shadow Boxing – Amy shows “love” for Penny

    Nice! Oh have any of you guys used Fitocracy? I used to love that site! I kinda fell out of using it though ('cause I fell out of working out too >_>). I've been considering getting back on there, but it's been so long, and I don't really want to have to log workouts twice!
