Had an appointment today and doctor is extremely happy with my exercise, he was a little concerned about my lack of weight gain but as soon as I told him what I'm doing for exercise he didn't say anything else except how proud of me he is for my exercise. I've got the 1 hour glucose test on Wednesday, let's see if my lifestyle change over the last year helps me where it really matters.
What kind of exercise are you doing?
I run 3 miles 2-3 times a week and do a non-impact cardio kickboxing class twice a week.0 -
Starting weight 66kg (BMI 22.5 so aiming for 11-16kg gain total)
Week 1-11: +0.8kg
Week 12: 67.8 (+1.8kg, cumulative total) eek that was a huge gain last week but still within normal overall for first trimester
I stopped logging last week, and didn't get to the gym as much as I would've liked, so not too worried as I'm back on track this week0 -

Maintained this week so my 3 pound weight gain last week now looks like 3 pounds over 2 weeks which is A-OK. 2 weeks left and between my girl scout cookies and valentine's day I have no intentions of denying myself some yummies. I'm really happy it looks like a 25-30 pound gain for me overall.0 -
34 weeks today and weigh 138.8 which is only 1 pound gained from last week starting weight 115 @ 5'4 so I've gained nearly 24 pounds and I get induced in 4.5 weeks! I have had to really watch what I eat and drink because I was consistently gaining 2 plus pounds a week for a while0

wow, you didn't gain much at all for starting off so light.0 -
I don't have a clue what my starting weight was as I "miscarried" and was magically pregnant again the next month but I do know that I gained 6 pounds my first trimester because I wasn't telling anyone and wanted the nausea to go away. I go back in tomorrow and I'm hoping it's not too bad.0

This is my second pregnancy. I gained 50lbs with my dear daughter and have no intentions of doing that again. I started with this pregnancy 12lbs less than where I started with my daughter.
Prepregnancy weight = 146
9 weeks = 148
10 weeks = 147
12 weeks = 146
13 weeks = 147
14 weeks = 148
16 weeks = 149
I found a great resource that helps you know if you are in the correct weight range for each week of pregnancy based on your beginning BMI. http://www.calculator.net/pregnancy-weight-gain-calculator.html
Good luck everyone!0 -

Lost a few lbs at first, due to MS. 2 weeks ago I saw my first gain that stuck. Today I am up 11 lbs from where I was 2 weeks ago! Holy crap! 11 lbs in 2 weeks! Has anyone else had this happen to them?
I am still at negative 6 pounds from prepregnancy.0 -
I just found out last week that I'm pregnant. So just over 5 weeks now. I started out at 144 pounds and I was 143 pounds this morning. I am 5 foot 8 inches tall too so I am at a very good starting weight.0

Kinda thought I'd be more than that, I've been eating like a horse and haven't been exercising as much as I should0 -

Goal: Just stay under 200!
Given my past patterns, I don't expect to give birth for another 3-4 weeks, so I'm hoping to be in the 180s when I deliver, but that might be pushing it. I reserve the right to stop logging and whatever I want come 41 weeks...0 -

Thank you! Nothing special really. I ate really well for the first trimester then 2nd trimester was over xmas so was a bit dodgy with lots of bad food and I started to gain quickly so once I hit the third trimester I really started eating well again and have started logging here again
No extra exercise but I do the preschool trip 2 x a week which is 1 hour of walking each day so that must help!

i'm almost 26 weeks and have gained about 18 pounds. i'm not displeased with the amount of weight i've gained thus far, just getting slightly concerned at the rate i've started to gain in the last month or so. i lost weight in the beginning, and then for a while, the rate of gaining was very slow. i guess i'm making up for the lost time...
i'm starting to track again today. how many calories are you ladies eating?0 -

I'm eating a little over maintenance. I aim for maintenance plus 500-2000 on a weekly basis.
I did the same thing where I really didn't net a gain until 20 weeks, then found myself gaining 1, 2, even 3, pounds in a single week.0 -

This made me laugh! My son I was 13 days overdue, my daughter "only" 6 days overdue. I don't think anything after 40 weeks should count on weight gain! You've done a great job! Best of luck with delivery!0 -

If your starting weight is 214 and your current weight is 214 then your "gain" is 0 pounds. You count from your pre-pregnancy weight, not the lowest weight you've reached since being pregnancy.0 -

I am setting my calories at 2000 a day. If I have hungry days though and go over no stress0 -

Thanks! I don't meet a lot of other moms who served a sentence in 10-Month Limbo. I would really like to go just a touch earlier than 42 weeks this time... maybe this little will "only" be 6 days overdue - here's hoping!0 -

Can't believe in one more week I will hit the 3rd trimester!!! This pg has gone by so much faster than my first. I'm thinking that I will finally stay over my pre-pg weight at this point. I am taking the 3-hr glucose test on Monday and I am really anxious to find out if I have GD this time around. Keep up the great work ladies!!!0 -

Good Luck! I'm 26 weeks and taking it in a week and a half. I'm pretty anxious to see if I pass or not too since I've failed with one of my pregnancies!0
