Block 2 Week 2 Fail

So since my twins decided to go on sleep strike this week, I've missed Days 3, 4, and 5 workouts. I know tony says when you miss a workout or two you should pick up where you left off, but I think I'm just going to start Week 2 from scratch tomorrow. What do you guys do when you miss a bunch of days? Or am I the only one?

I personally would not start over , but pick up where you left off, minus yoga
I think I would continue with the eccentric lower.
So far I only missed one day, and it was day 2 ( agility x). Because the following day was yoga, I just doubled up agility with the yoga routine.0 -
I missed "Eccentric Upper" and "Incinerator" days. So I am doing doubles on saturday and sunday to catch up.

Either pick up where you left off or do a couple doubles to make it up.

Pick up where you left off.
Do not skip yoga. Yoga is a vital part of the program that really does help prevent injury. Double if you have the time, or since this is a new work out, think you can handle the strain. Its important to push hard, but not to injure yourself, since then you'll just miss more days
That said, I've restarted weeks before. Life man, life. The important thing, regardless of which you choose, is to keep pushing play.0
