raw till 4..

I decided to try out the raw till 4 lifestyle for 30 days. I'm on day 6 and noticed soo much energy and down 2lbs. I'm probably not eating enough even though im averaging 2200cals. I'm loosing following 80/10/10 but some days i do clock in something closer to 75/15/10..lol. So far no increase in weight. Just curious if anyone out there is trying this?!?

    I follow raw till 4 as a backup when low on fruit.

    Are you still feeling good with the energy levels? One thing I've noticed with raw till 4 is the need to increase my water intake. I find eating cooked foods cause me a lot of dehydration, so just check in with yourself and see how you are feeling on that level.

    Are you feeling okay with that amount of calories? Try to get the bulk of your calories in fruit during the day.
