    Thanks for this link. The results of the studies are encouraging especially for HDL and triglycerides, where my numbers have been bad. My blood pressure is much better since I lowered my carb intake, though I'm eating more carbs than these diets. I'm not craving treats or getting hungry like I was with my previous macro ratios.

    I suggest clicking the links to see more details about each study since the article tends to emphasize the areas where low-carb "wins" and glosses over some of the results where it doesn't. The Mediterranean diet also had really good results in that one study. I might read up on that...
