strength exercises

Hi Everyone,

Just curious how to find and add my strength exercises. The exact ones are not listed in the data base so I went to add in aerobics; which isn't really what I did but it was an additional workout to my 30 minutes of rowing. I am having a hard time adding that to my exercise chart. Any suggestions?

  • If you have an idea of how many calories you are burning you can create your own in the database. Other than that there is a formula for calculating the calories burned but that gets a bit complicated. Sorry not much help here.

  • Thanks Pam. I am just adding my weight training as aerobics under cardio. It is easier and some of the weight lifting I am doing requires cardio breathing I figure that is good enough.
