strength exercises

Hi Everyone,
Just curious how to find and add my strength exercises. The exact ones are not listed in the data base so I went to add in aerobics; which isn't really what I did but it was an additional workout to my 30 minutes of rowing. I am having a hard time adding that to my exercise chart. Any suggestions?

If you have an idea of how many calories you are burning you can create your own in the database. Other than that there is a formula for calculating the calories burned but that gets a bit complicated. Sorry not much help here.

Thanks Pam. I am just adding my weight training as aerobics under cardio. It is easier and some of the weight lifting I am doing requires cardio breathing I figure that is good enough.
