    I even tried a new pancake recipe from a Volumetrics books. Really tasty and low-cal. !

    Took delivery of my daughters Girl Scout cookies so I have cases and cases of yummy goodness in the living room downstairs. Then found out that my best friend friend from high school is in ICU.
    I didn't make the best choices, but I managed to stay in the challenge.

    Sigh. Same day as last month - made it to the 8th then too. Darn weekends. See you next month but i also will keep trying to complete the rest of the month on my own. ????

    went to a local pizza place but made good choices I think - salad with low fat dressing, wood fired pizza, 3 slices on the small size.
