Hi , My name is Kimetha Jones and I'm a eatolic . I have bad knees and my weight has physically hurt me . All my friends are skinny and I feel embarrassed when we all go out and I hate looking at pictures of us together because I'm always the fat one. So, I need help. I support group. I know what I need to do but I just don't do it

    You can do it - Log everything you eat, stick to your calories and log in every day and the weight will come off and stay off!

    Been there, and understand. Likewise, I'm having knee troubles, but having now lost 35 of my target 100-104, my knee is getting much better, and the pain is way down (ibuprofen intake dropped from ~4 tablets per day on average to less than 1 per day on average).

    Like VeggieGal said, log your calories, log your exercise, watch your targets, and it will happen.

    I've known for a long time that I needed to do this. The knee problems became the incentive that got me off the couch (literally and figuratively) this time.
