I will do them all. I am doing 100 squats every other day, so may as well add this to the mix.
A healthy recipe I like that is super easy to make is Shakshuka or "eggs poached in spicy tomatoes". This is a great meatless dinner (not Vegan) and my whole family loves it.0 -
Climbed a mountain in bootcamp today, so check.
I'm on my 5th glass of water at 12:30 so I'm on my way for today
And I'm trying a new scallop recipe. I'm trying to up my protein.

Saw the challenge today, made a healthy chicken dinner with asparagus and got in 50 mountain climbers, still working on the water,currently at 8 glasses.0

Challenge will have to wait for me. Myself and my youngest have bronchitis and asthma flare ups
