    *Feeling sheepish* i was a bit offtrack with zero exercise and high calorie food. I am back ontrack from today. Though i didnot have any weight loss atleast i didnot gain any either * thank god* * phew*... Well here is the weighing in update :

    02/08: 176 lbs..

    Planning for a 350 calorie burn everyday with 1200 calorie food intake. Lets see where it takes me.. :)

    1/2 kg down, still slow but better than going up!

    Goals -

    Go for at least 1 long walk (1 hour +) a week - So far so good...
    Get back into having daily green smoothies - Still working on this, have had a smoothie most days, but not all green
    Be more consistent with logging - Getting there, but still some work to do

    Happy Monday everyone!! So sorry... I didn't have access to a scale Saturday, so I weighed in this morning... I hope that's ok.

    No recordable loss this week... I did move my scale from home to work so I would have access to it and a full length mirror for DietBet and there was somehow a 3lb difference in the numbers between home and work... making my starting 207 weigh-in show 210.

    Leaving it as it is... a bigger accomplishment if I make goal anyway, no?
