    Admittedly, it's been an off-kilter week/weekend - I didn't over-indulge, but I wasn't as careful as I usually am, either. I think I'm just slogging through this challenge. Not too sure why, but hopefully I'll see a dip soon!

    Managed 1.5 loss this week, considering the M&M's and other sins, I'll take it. I'm at 33.33% of goal for the challenge. I am not on pace to make it but I knew I was probably not going to achieve 2lbs/wk loss rate now that I am down to that last 20 lbs. The pants are getting looser and that's what counts! Next NSV for me is going below the 200lb barrier, after that the 50lb loss milestone.

    Big losses by some of our stars like Shmu and Punk. Trista has lost 100lbs on MFP, am I right on that?!!!! Way to go folks, I get a real kick out of seeing so many people shedding lots of weight. :drinker:

    The challenge is 44% complete, 50 days to go. If you are below 44% of your goal today you are lagging like me, if you are above 44%, you are on track for success in this challenge.

    Had a great week! Down another 4 for a total of 20 for the challenge. I was actually worried about the weekend. We had guest over and my wife prepared some extras for the Shabbos Meal (check my diary to see how damaging that can be :)). Since we can't weight anything on Saturday, I spent a few minutes on Friday measuring out portions, weighing and calculating calories. I was able to (kinda) stick to the plan and it didn't turn out too bad.

    I actually got in two runs yesterday. My weekly walk with my wife was cut short to take the kids sledding in the park so I supplemented it with another run on the treadmill at night. What was supposed to be 2 mile run turned into 5 miles. It felt great! I hope to be at 10K in another 6-8 weeks. Actually, I'm now thinking to make it part of my April Fools challenge. Gotta think about it.

    Only a pound down, so a little disappointed. I know slow and steady wins the race. A pound is a pound and better than a gain. This just tells me that I need to work harder on my exercise which I have been a slacker on.

    Down 2 lbs., probably because, I was sick most of the week. I'll try to keep it off for next weeks weigh in. It's time to hang out my "skinny" bathing suit. Week of camping (South Carlsbad State Beach) planned for the end of June. New goal---Wear that suit, comfortably!!!

    I'm down to my pre Christmas weight and only 1 lb. from my lowest. I'm in the normal BMI range now, so I'm sure my weight loss will be very slow. :ohwell:

    Ahhh I got busy last week and didn't weigh in!! This week will have to wait until tomorrow, I worked until 2 am last night and ended up sleeping at my mother's with no scale. Just checking in for now to ensure you know I'm still here!

    Kind of a crazy big loss this week. I've been very good for the last two weeks, with the exception of Super Bowl Sunday - so last Monday's number was thrown off by water weight. Everything caught up this week. Seven weeks left and I'm pretty close to my goal. I need to re-evaluate to come up with something challenging but achievable.

    I am soooo happy right now! I lost 50 lb total since about 1 year ago when I was at my max. weight of 211. All day today, I just kept thinking about that- it feels incredible! 50 lb! Woooo!

    One more thing to add- 12.4 lb of those pounds lost are due to this challenge keeping me motivated! That's 25% !!!! Go team!
