    Again, I've eaten the same as usual so I won't paste it in again... dinner was a 7oz sirloin steak and vegetables. Nothing else changed. I need snack ideas!

    How about a handful of nuts or a cup of greek yogurt and frozen berries? Cottage cheese? A muffin? Cheese stick, peanut butter on rice cakes?

    Thanks for the ideas! I have greek yogurt with pumpkin seeds or granola every day...yum! Just had some now...still hungry...*I'll have a rice cake with peanut/coconut spread! Thanks!

    So! Darn! Apparently I ran out of rice cakes here at work... I'll have some gluten free crackers!
