The weekend is here. How are you doing? Are you working out and eating well?
I think it's okay to treat yourself as long as it isn't an all day treat-LOL. I had a free meal yesterday (one slice of pizza) then I ate a healthy shake and that was it for the night. I haven't done my workout today yet, but I will be doing it soon. It's part of P90X3 and it's called Isometrix. I'm terrible at balancing and holding poses for a long time!
So what did you do this weekend and how did you do?

Do you enjoy p90x? I have power 90 (beginner p90x) but have never finished It because one month with the same exercise got very boring.
I made a cheat snack this weekend ... Snickers dip but to justify it I eat it with green apples.
I hope everyone had a good weekend!0 -
gtd, you hit on a good point. To do the same thing, over, and over will lead to burn out for sure. Try to introduce different workouts, maybe different places to workout. Like along a river, or at the park. I cheated this weekend with a hotel breakfast. Once I posted that meal on MFP, regretted I ever ate it. That is a fantastic tool with MFP, it shows what you did wrong. So I make mistakes and learn.0

I did like P90X, but I didn't like how long the workouts are! I stick to the shorter ones now (T25, P90X3, and hopefully I will like the new 21 Day Fix). I am keeping myself in shape and working out 30 minutes a day!
I cheated too! I had a slice of pizza.0 -
I agree with 3rdwoozie. You need to vary your workouts for your body and mind. I get bored so I switch them up every 2-3 months and sometimes I do something different if I don't feel motivated. It usually works.0
