Where did everyone go? I hope you are all doing well and are on track with both your health and fitness goals. How have you all been doing? Is there anything you would like to share with the group? It doesn't have to be fitness or health related. Anything that brought a smile to your face this week.
Introductions
My name is Kim and I have been using fitness as a way to deal with the grief over the loss of my daughter almost one year ago. I'm a mom of 2 girls (one is 3 and one in heaven) and I'm mainly a SAHM, but do work a few hours per week. My goal is to work out everyday and lose a few more pounds (not sure right now how many).
Summer isn't too far...are you on track?
How are your workouts going? I'm doing T25, but I'm about to start something new because I need the change. I like to keep things interesting so I don't get bored :)

The weekend is here and I know a lot of us have worked hard all week and want to indulge a little. If you are one that has a cheat meal over the weekend then great. Treat yourself, but keep in mind the next day is strictly clean eating. If you need to, get a pen and paper and write out everything you have accomplished this…

How long are your workouts? How long do you like them to be? I like 30 minute workouts. I get up real early before my daughter so I can get them done and be done for the day. I've done some longer ones, but 30 minutes works for me :) Kim
