Because I'm curious...

How long are your workouts? How long do you like them to be?

I like 30 minute workouts. I get up real early before my daughter so I can get them done and be done for the day. I've done some longer ones, but 30 minutes works for me :)

    My cross training workouts generally last 30-45 minutes. I like my runs to last 45 to 1 hour. For me, anything past 1 hour drops my motivation meter. And on the other side, anything for me under 20 minutes doesn't seem to benefit me any.

    I am with you Kim 30 minutes is nice and managable. Some days I do a 30 min DVD and walk on the treadmill. I guess I don't like doing the same thing for to long.
