How is everyone?

Where did everyone go? I hope you are all doing well and are on track with both your health and fitness goals. How have you all been doing? Is there anything you would like to share with the group? It doesn't have to be fitness or health related. Anything that brought a smile to your face this week.

    My knee injury was life stopping. Did nothing for 2 months. But starting to see signs of improvement. Hopefully get back after it this month. Just been a real tuff time period. Guess I start all over. But now, I just hope to start.

    Yes, how AM I? I have no idea how I am. I am eating to squash all of the grief. What would it look like, feel like or be like, if I started to eat normally, freed myself from the weight and actually FELT all of grief? I have no idea yet. Today is Sunday. I will try to eat normally today and see how it goes.

    Sorry you are feeling that way. Its healthy to feel all the grief (so they say). I am still taking it day by day. I think I'm getting better but then other days are really hard still I can say that it definitely doesn't feel like 5 months have passed.

    Zumba, Zumba, Zumba?. My grief seems to just go during Zumba Class. How I love to move! I can even see my son in my minds eye laughing along with me during class. I can be happy, joyous and feel great after this intense workout. Today I look forward to my Zumba Class this evening.
