Summer isn't too far...are you on track?

How are your workouts going? I'm doing T25, but I'm about to start something new because I need the change. I like to keep things interesting so I don't get bored :)

    I am not on track :(
    Actually I could use some advice. I have been at the same weight since November even though I am within my calories for the week and I run/walk 3x's a week, cardio DVD's randomly throughout the week and my diet is decent.
    I need to shake things up.... any suggestions?

    gtd - The ole saying goes "If things don't change, things don't change!" Plateaus are hard to shake. So look to your overall eating and workouts and see what can be changed. Then look to what kind of results are happening and react from there.
