I'm up this week. :-( I think my scale might have been wonky last week (said I was down 2 pounds...don't think that was accurate). So it is more likely that I just maintained rather than really gained this week. Oh well, I'll try to eat well this week and hopefully the number will go down!

My goal for Valentine's Day was 197, but since I have passed that I want to lose another pound and a half to be at an even 195. I am glad I was able to lose the weight, but I need to stay active and keep it off. Moving this month will be hard and keeping track of my food. Wish me luck on that.0 -
