    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes.
    ran 3 km, in 22 minutes before work and did an express spinning class, 25 minutes, at lunch time.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
    I am still managing to stay little under 1,200 calories per day....with no results....but not giving up.
    I know that certain facts play against me: I am older (52 years old), a woman, close to my goal weight and not very tall.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO!! How long have you been under 1200 with no results? Is that eating back exercise? Not trying to be nosey, just trying to help. If ou don't want to answer her, please PM me. :flowerforyou:

    Glad I took a break from Jazzercise - it was easier to go back today (though I was more uncoordinated than normal - some days, I feel like they make the routines to mimic pat your head, rub your stomach :tongue: )

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yeppers, 154 minutes (my poor feet) walking the path on profile pic (with 30 min of c25k w2 d1 in the mix), tracked via RunKeeper & C25K Free.
