Ran my first 5K this past Saturday, not ideal weather 34 with some wind. It was a very hilly course and I finished in 35:14, not very fast but I did it. Training for 10K has already begun. This is addictive.

    Truly addictive! And awesome.

I did a trail 5k this weekend and finished in 36...something. The official times aren't up. Don't underrate your ability.

Is this your first ever 5K or first 5K in an official race? If it's your first ever 5K, the timing is great! Even for your first race it's good.

    Yes, it's definitely addictive!
