    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yeppers, 154 minutes (my poor feet) walking the path on profile pic (with 30 min of c25k w2 d1 in the mix), tracked via RunKeeper & C25K Free.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes - and then some after 10pm when I realized the calories on a menu item were misleading and I had to make up another 200 cals!!! I did it with some to spare (just in case calculations were off any more). : )
