Fun ways to get a little exercise!

It can be hard to get in the grove of exercising if you don't like to do it. So what are some fun ways you get your exercise? I like to dance around the house. I will dance down the hall or dance while I am cooking or even groove while I am sitting down. What do you do? Movement of any kind helps in so many ways.

    Dance is always good. Competitions are fun too! My room mate and I have little challanges to see who can do the most reps of weights while we watch tv :D going to the batting cages! Swim is awesome! Oh and if you like dance have you tried Zumba! LOVE Zumba!
