Hula Hooping!

Another fun and quiet workout to try? HULA HOOPING! My husband and I ordered some weighted hula hoops on Amazon this summer, and I tell ya what working up to 20 minutes is HARD work. Your tummy, butt and legs will feel it -- as will your shoulders and arms if you hold 'em high. Zooey Deschanel and Marisa Tomei are hoopers; in fact, Marisa used hula-hooping to get into shape for The Wrestler (if you haven't seen it, she plays an exotic dancer) -- Anyway, those gals sure sure have great bodies!

    I LOVE Hooping! I also love sitcoms. When I watch my favorite(s) I hoop so I don't feel guilty about sitting on the couch, lol. At first I couldn't hoop 5 minutes. Now I can manuever that thing up and down my waist, walk with it. LOVE IT ! My daughter gave me a set (the big one, and 2 arm ones) for my birthday a couple years ago.

    Yes! I have a weighted Hula Hoop from Canyon Hoops. That is what boosted my initial weight loss!

    I saw some weighted hula hoops at a Burlington store just last week. I had them and put them back but now im wishing that I had purchased them. As soon as I get the chance I'm going back to get them. I think I'm going to have so much fun hula hooping????
