Fat bombs?

I've been hearing a lot about these fat bombs but am not really sure how people are using them. Are they just a fat "supplement" or can they actually be more or less a meal? I have an incredibly busy schedule and figure these would be perfect if I can actually use them for a meal or two if I absolutely have to. Also, does anyone have any favorite fat bomb recipes they'd like to share? How do they taste?

I find them pretty portable - I put mine in a silicone ice cube tray so that they pop out and then put them in a tupperware container. They need to be kept chilled though or otherwise they melt!

Use good quality, UNSALTED butter, peanut butter and coconut oil - it makes all the difference. Add sweetner and it can taste like a really rich Reeses Peanut Butter cup.

When I first had them I found them so rich I could only have one or two.

Now I can inhale 5 or more at a time and at 100cals/10gms of fat each, they can become a meal pretty quickly!
  • I love my fat bombs, I keep them as a treat and try to save calories for them because they're so delicious! I pour mine into mini-muffin tins (use liners) so they're sort of like peanut butter cups, except coconut/macadamia.
