As we go through this journey I have learned A LOT of folks exercise at home. They choose the comforts of home versus the gym. I want to challenge you to think of 3 items to buy to help you along on your fitness journey!
I went to one of my sporting goods store well actually two to price the items.
See which is most important to you. I will give some exercises this week for the items so you can see the value.

I've bought some kettlebells for my kickboxing class but the one exercise that we do that could be done at home and works the ENTIRE body is Turkish Get Ups.
