JM 30 Slim Down Challenge Anyone?

Anyone interested in doing the 30 Day Slim Down Challenge? I leave for my cruise March 17th and am hoping to "tone up" a little before I leave. I would love some company trying this out. I've tried the 30 Day Shred and had pretty good results although I only made it through 23 days of it. I was going to try the 30DS again, but came upon this in a thread on MFP and thought it might be better. :)

DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 5 - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 6 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 7 - OFF!
DAY 8 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 9 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
DAY 10 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES

DAY 11 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
DAY 12 - BANISH FAST, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 13 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES

    Hello Forrolouise, that sounds great! I go on my cruise March 9th and started a 28 day slim down.
    I'm not trying to lose but the scale is easing up so I need to stay on top of it.

    When are you starting and how do it work?

    I'm starting today! If you have the three (3) videos (30 day shred, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism) you just follow the schedule listed. I've heard it's supposed to have some great results, but I can only find a few people who have actually completed it! :)
