Looking for C25K second timers

I'm starting C25K for the second time in February 2014 to shave some time off my personal best (43 min...snail like) and for a consistent workout (accountability). So, who's with me???? Let's do this!


  • I am a 2nd timer. I started out and got to the 3rd week and injured myself. I need to start out more slowly.

  • I'm a second timer too, I am pushing myself this time to fully run the complete 5ks that I am registered for this year and also have pushed myself to register for a 10k for September so I will immediately be doing couch210k when I am thru. Today I will complete week 2 day 2 . Feel free to add me :)
