Down side of weight loss

Has anyone else have the problem of excess skin? I lost the bulk of my weight a couple years ago,(145kg - 90kg) and now on here to loose the last bit, the problem is I have a lot of excess skin, the only way to get rid of it is through surgery and with that is a huge cost, is there any way you can get this done in the public system? I am guessing I am going to have to live with it. does anyone else have this problem and what do you do to hide it etc.

    Following as well. I am 19 and have been on the bigger side all of my life, however over the past 3 years I have gone up 2 dress sizes that I would love to lose, and even a bit more. Worst part is, I have awful stretch marks on my belly (why I got them, I have no clue) and I am a little worried I will have loose skin as well! I have been rubbing scar oil into them nearly every day with the hopes that it will help...
