W5D3: I Did It!!

Last week I peeked at the future workouts, and thought "pfffft... no way am I going to be able to run 20 minutes straight by next week!"

Today was the day. I was going to try my hardest, but if I couldn't do it, I wouldn't beat myself up about it. I ran at a snail's pace, and around the midway point I thought I was hitting a wall. But I kept going. And I did it!!!!

Yay!

    You are my hero! I am so not digging the C25K program right now. I'm on week 4 and it's tough! I've even slowed way down... my mental attitude is getting the better of me lately.

    Today I read a quote that inspired me. It said: "Difficult is not impossible. It just means you have to work harder." It's that simple. I'm not sure what I'm afraid of... the hard work or failing. But I won't know either if I don't try!
