I like to do both. Watching a tv episode of my favorite series, makes the time go by quickly. However, I also like to listen to my iPod too. My iPod is now bluetooth wireless. I bought a Kokkia i10s Bluetooth dongle on Amazon and it really works great with my LG 740 BT headset. I don't have to keep my iPod in my pocket and deal with the wires. I just lay iPod on the counter and BT does the rest. Freedom!

    I like both, too. The TV is usually on in the same room because someone else is home. However....if alone.....I prefer music

    Hi. I have to say t.v. My mini tramp is set up in my living room. This way I have to trip on it at least a dozen times a day. I have managed to catch up on my shows on the dvr. Lol.

    Music, all the way. I put my headphones in and crank up my playlist. It keeps me focused on walking!! I feel if it keeps you moving you can't go wrong!!!
