    So, we had a little bit of a crazy day today. I worked really hard at the gym, thank goodness. We had our best friends over for dinner and they requested a Thanksgiving Dinner because they missed it this year. Did pretty well though and skipped the sweet potatoes. The rest I pre-logged!

    Today was concert and dinner with my mum and wine tasting. There are tough days but manged (barely). Logged ahead and adjusted (ate half my dinner so I had more calories to spare).

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? yes, my guy bought me the new zumba for the wii, I had to try it out. I didn't break much of a sweat but I did my best considering this cold has overstated its welcome.

    S glad to here that you are a little better!! :love: I have a Zumba game for the Wii. It was the first way that I tried Zumba. It kept telling me that I was doing it wrong!! :laugh: But, when I tried theZumba Class at the YMCA....I became addicted!! :bigsmile: I go three days a week now and wish I could go more!! :flowerforyou:
