    I hooped while dinner cooked tonight. I am getting better at stepping back and forth.

    no hooping today. We were at the Cutter races all day (benefit for Shriner's hospital, horses pulling people in little carts over snow). Much drinking and betting is involved, so by the time we got home, I was too sloshed to hoop.
