    So, we had a little bit of a crazy day today. I worked really hard at the gym, thank goodness. We had our best friends over for dinner and they requested a Thanksgiving Dinner because they missed it this year. Did pretty well though and skipped the sweet potatoes. The rest I pre-logged!

    Mini challenges: Yes x2..Sugar goal is 45, exercise gave me 68, I ate only 35 today:bigsmile: and I walked 125 minutes

    Today was concert and dinner with my mum and wine tasting. There are tough days but manged (barely). Logged ahead and adjusted (ate half my dinner so I had more calories to spare).
