So this post is to write down every one's starting weigh or measurements. It's for you to track your weekly progress and see how far you've come by the end of your 10 weeks.

Good morning group. So excited to see the group grow overnight. Doing English and Metric measurements since we have people from both places here.
Current Weight 140lbs (63.5kg)
Measurements in inches and (cm) Hips - 40.5" (103), Waist - 28" (71) Bust - 34B, Arms 11.5" (29), Thighs - 24/24.5" (60/62)
I'm 5'6" (167 cm)

Good morning!! It's a realllllly nice morning in Northern-ish Canada at only -2 C / 28 F.
My starting weight: 134 lbs (60.8 kg)
Waist: 30" (76 cm)
Hips: 37.5" (95 cm)
Bust: 35" (89 cm)
Thighs: 21.5" + 22.5" (55 cm +57 cm) (The bigger thigh is the side I am usually carrying a kid around on - coincidence??)
Arms: 11" (28 cm)
And because I am always curious about this, my height is 5'7" (170 cm)!
I'm actually down ten pounds total from when I started getting health conscious before Christmas! Of course I gained six pounds through my holiday indulgences and nearly went back to my old ways until a very fit friend of mine suggested we start texting one another every day when we get our workouts in to keep accountable. It has made a HUGE difference in my motivation, so I am hoping 10 Weeks to Ripped helps provide the same drive for me, and also for all of you!0 -
Hey guys, I will be adding all of you as friends so your daily progress shows up on my newsfeed. I've found that adding people as friends helps keeping each other motivated as we can cheer each other on when we've done well with our daily fitness and diet logs, or see if someone is falling off the wagon and consequently help them out with motivational talk :P0

Good morning. Weight 159...ugh! I did my T25 day 1 today followed by 20 minutes of yoga. Feels good to have it done for the day. Looking forward to this group helping keep me focused.0

Hips. 123cm/48.5"
Bicep 37cm/14.5"
Thigh 62cm/24.5"
Calf. 43cm/17"
BMI Is 33.9 (4 weeks ago it was 34.9)
I am 183cm/6ft tall (Stayed the same height the last 27 years ????)

Bust: 31'' (79cm)
Waist: 25.6'' (65cm)
Hips: 33.1'' (84cm)
Thighs: 22'' (56cm)
It might looklike im already thin but since im only 5ft1 (155cm), id say i only look fit but not thin. Im happy with that but id like to get down to 110-108 lbs (50-49kg) and lose 2 inches (5cm) from my thighs if possible.
I hope these 10 weeks will make it for us !!!0 -
