I seemed to have settled in at a 1.5lb/week loss rate despite having set MFP to a 2lb rate. I am a little disappointed but I shouldn't be, steady-Eddie is a good weight-loss strategy. I did achieve a NSV interim goal of changing my hundreds-digit from a two to a one. I came in at 199.5, I haven't been in the 190's since the 1990's! :drinker:
I'm glad to see some plateau's being broken, losing at the end of a "diet" is much harder than losing at the beginning. A lot more effort is happening out there and probably some better accuracy in logging.
Blackhat has achieve goal, WTG!! Again this week Shmu is losing at an incredible 3-4 pounds a week rate, congrats on that. He is earning it by setting some personal bests in running.

Edit to add: My life has been pretty stressful the past week and a half as my dad has been in ICU since early this month. Between the stress and the added strength training priority, I'm pleased with any loss this week. I am hoping that my consistency will really show up on the scale by the next weigh in.

Glad to see you are human. Good job getting back on the wagon, I'm sure you will be back and then some next week. Nobody gains 4 pounds in a week without it mostly being water retention.0 -
