Here is my quirky version of Chicken Salad. I love the crunch of the broccoli slaw. This version is very filling!

Kirkland Signature - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 4.5 oz
French's - 100% Natural Classic Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp (5 g)
Spices - Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
Salt - Table , 0.33 teaspoon
Broccoli Slaw - Broccoli Slaw, 2 ozs
Vlasic - Dill Pickle Relish, 1 Tbsp
Kroger - Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese, 1/8 cup
Heb - Premium Real Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon
Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp
Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp

Cook and shred chicken.
Toss with all remaining ingredients.
Serve!
Refrigerate overnight for a cold chicken salad.

One of my favorite Salad Combinations

    -Iceberg lettuce
    -Walnut halves
    -Greek olives
    -Salami
    -Onions (optional)

Mix some olive oil with some of the Greek olive juice & use as your vinaigrette.
