Well, I survived the monthly eating binge that accompanies that other monthly thing, and manged to drop a tiny bit. Time to kick it up a notch to make my goal! Only 4 weeks left!

    I was sick with a sinus infection for two weeks. Didn't exercise much or track calories but lost anyway. Feeling much better and back to the gym this week. Hang in there everyone!

    Gained 3lbs! Busy weekend with Hockey and eating a lot of ****! Only got 1 workout in last week. Hopefully, I can lose what I gained and still make my goal. It is fast approaching.
