    I'm late! Super-busy weekend...and this week's turning out the same:

    SW: 237.6

    LWW: 225.6
    CW: 225 (-.6 this week, -12.6 total)

    GW: 218.6

    So here's some hopeful advice to anyone who's ever bummed cos their weigh-in shows little-to-no loss. My Sunday weigh-in could have been discouraging if I had been weighing in weekly (only -.6?) On Friday I was 221.6 (which would have been -4lb), and then it creeped back up to 225 come Sunday a.m. But yesterday it went back down to 224, and this morning I suddenly dropped to 220.6. Weird.

    I think I'm going to hit my goal weight a lot earlier than expected. I'm only two pounds away. Of course, I'm going to keep going; my current goal (outside of this group) is to be down to 200 in the spring so I'm ready to hit the hiking trails.

    Lots of good progress, including a few breaking through their usual plateau numbers, which is huge! What was really great to see is that the people that are up a little all have a good idea why, and what they're going to do about it. Fantastic!

    CW= 277.6 lb (+1.6)
    CGW= 268 lb
    UGW= 150 lb

    Need to get back on track.
