Goals:
600 push ups----100
600 twists----100
150 bicep curls 8#----100
30 burpees---20

    Good start, sims. Thanks for the good wishes.

    This is not a good day for me. I probably won't post again until tomorrow. I am taking my dog to the vet this morning and possibly will lose her. She has uncontrolled seizures and other problems.

    I did something to my back yesterday - so I am here to give support, but no exercises for me today. Hope to join in tomorrow!

    In honor of Hollis I am going to stop posting for the rest of the day...
    exercise is important but losing a loved one is devastating.

    @Hollis - best wishes for you. So sorry to hear about your puppy.......(dogs are always puppies to me) Take it easy.

    Following sims here. Gymming later tonight. Will be working out sporadically throughout the day but will not post.
