Playing today by ear, but loosely planning to run to gym, do core workout (abs, back, & booty) and running back.

Ran from tutor to gym, back/butt/abs ~1.5hr, ran back to tutor. Run was a full 30min. I think it's slightly further to/from tutor than home, and I went pretty much door-to-door today, without walking a couple blocks at first. But still, I think I was slower going today or something (oh yeah, full bladder on the way slowed me down a bit:embarassed: ). But, I did try to speed things up on the way back, trying to tell myself to straighten up and pick up the pace and start to LOOK like someone who runs daily, instead of looking like someone whose about to fall down in the gutter.
What a head game running is.

Running is so much a mental game, isn't it?
I have a trainer session tonight after work. Body is actually pretty sore everywhere, so curious to see what we do. Also scheduled to run tonight. It's a beautiful day so I wish I was running outside, but the roads are actually a slushy mess from the sun & warm temps melting the snow. Scheduled to get another 9-12" of snow tomorrow (which is probably going to involve a horrible drive home & missing my trainer session), then cold temps again. It's been a long stinking winter already and we've got a couple months left of it.0 -

I had my metabolic conditioning class (aka circuit training) today. Enjoyed it! We're doing the same routine all of February, so I'm starting to get the hang of it. One more time, then it's March and a whole new routine.0
